Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 12:40 am on May 24, the reporting party advised of multiple juveniles westbound on foot checking car doors in the area of 3rd and Ponca. The reporting party advised most of them are wearing black. Officer spoke to the subjects in the area, did not see the juveniles.

Disturbance - At 4:49 am, employee at Guest Inn requested an officer in reference to a White female wearing a blanket and red hoodie that has been going to the reporting party advising she has a room, and was causing a disturbance. Currently sitting on the bench outside the lobby. Subject has been moved along again, she is still denying a room at the Rose Stone Inn.

CRS Recovery - The reporting party requested an officer and advised that a stolen trailer was parked in the area of 301 S. Pine. Trailer was originally reported out of Osage County Sheriff’s Office. The reporting party was on scene in the plot. Information was taken for a warrant request, property was returned to owner.

CRS Recovery - Officer was out with a stolen vehicle from Perry. Unable to make contact with the owner, the vehicle was towed by Action. Officer #29 went prisoner in custody with Gerald Floyd, 05/1988, for possession of stolen vehicle and his felony Kay County warrants. Also went prisoner in custody with Donnie Griffith, 05/1987, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Vandalism - At 1:48 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to vandalism to their fence in the area of 436 Fairview, this is an on-going issue. Follow up required.

Stolen Vehicle - At 2:08 pm, 911 reporting party requested an officer and advised that his brown 2005 Ford F-150 4-door was stolen. Unsure when it occurred. Information taken for a report and vehicle was entered into NCIC. Be on the lookout for a brown 2005 Ford F-150 with the OK tag ARH342. The vehicle has a scratch on the driver side fender. The vehicle has a full tank of gas and the keys were in the vehicle. There was a crossbow in the vehicle. If located, stop, hold and call Ponca City Police Department at 580-767- 0370.

Vandalism - At 4:13 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a subject who broke a chain on one of the containers at 217 E. Hartford.

Disturbance - At 6:17 pm, a 911 reporting party advised of five subjects trying to take her truck and trailer at Ponca City RV Park. The reporting party is not cooperating with dispatch. Subjects were yelling, unable to hear the reporting party. Advised they have weapons, but does not know what kind. The reporting party advised the subjects are the family of the male half. Reporting party advised it is a white Chevy and Luxury by Design trailer. The reporting party advised the subjects are now trying to break the window on the truck. Reporting party advised subjects have tire irons and firearms. Officer #50 advised this is a civil matter over property. Problem parties have left.

Prisoner Transport - Officer #19 went prisoner in custody with Jeremy Cowan, 12/1980, for petit larceny x2.

Burglary - At 11:59 pm, the owner of the building at 200 E. Emporia advised of subjects that were inside the building on the security cameras. Officer #13 went prisoner in custody with Richard King, 09/2000, for false reporting of a crime, burglary in the second degree, possession of controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.
